Normally there is no charge to support programs or services provided by Johnson Services (except as noted on those individual programs) as long as the programs are being use in the proper manner and in the operating environment for which they were designed.
 ( This does not apply to repeatedly looking up passwords or providing information that is already in documentation or reference articles, computer systems, networks, other third party products.)
Phone Minimum $35.00 + 35.00 per 1/4 Hour after first 20 minutes ( no Annual Contract )
Onsite Minimum $95.00 + 75.00 per hr
Annual - 1 Annual Phone Support - 25 instances per year $500.00
Annual - 2 Annual Phone Support - 75 instances per year $1000.00
