Technical Support Charges
There is no charge for technical support if the problem is determined to be an issue with our server or with a service we provide. For example, there will be no charge if your website has stopped responding because your web server process hangs or crashes.
A charge will apply if the cause of the problem is determined to be an issue with your own computer or your Internet connection which is unrelated to our service. For example, there will be a charge if your web site stops responding because you have renamed or deleted your website home page. Please review our

Our Technical Support Fee Schedule (in US dollars):
E-mail-based Support
$35.00 per instance*
Phone Support
$
35.00 per 1/4 hour (minimum charge $35)
Onsite
$95.00 plus $75.00 per hour (or part of an hour) onsite plus all out of pocket travel expenses. Time traveling will be billed at $35.00 per hour or part thereof.
Prepaid Phone Support
25 instances* per year $500.00
*An instance is a single support request, not to exceed 1/2 hour in time to resolve.
