A listing can be entered into InBLISS and immediately made available to the public, providing a service to the seller unavailable anywhere else.

InBLISS Feature Summary

• Association level password allows addition/removal of local chapters and offices, regional descriptions, industry classifications and business sub-categories. Offices can be reassigned to new chapters.
• Chapter or Region level password allows addition/removal of offices and brokers admitted under the chapter. Brokers, agents and listings can be reassigned to brokers in other offices within the chapter.
• Office (broker) level password allows addition/removal of registered brokers and agents. In addition, office-level authorization provides access to audit listings. Deleted listings can be reactivated. Agents or brokers can be placed on inactive status and then reactivated. Individual listings can be reassigned to other brokers in the office.
• Agent-level access allows individual agents to add, modify or delete their own listings. Individual agents cannot change listings entered by other brokers, but they can see confidential information for listings posted by other agents in their own office.

• Extensive search options:

• Public options allow searching by broad industry classifications or industry/sub-category, price ranges, general locations or any combination of the above.
• Advanced public keyword search option will search the entire public text description for keywords entered by website visitor
• Authorized users can also search by specific agent, office, industry and other popular options.

• Public access is as easy as reaching any other link on your website.
• Password-protected control panel permits authorized users full access to their listings – view, add, delete or change listings, download to a PDA-(Palm OS) viewable page or an Excel file for further research.

• Specific features:

• In process listings can be partially and saved. When all required information is entered, the listing can be activated.
• Activated listings are immediately available to the public. Make changes anytime and reactivate to those changes available immediately.
• Financial data can be entered for any number of years. Enter complete income statement and asset information for as many years as desired. Enter multiple versions for the same or different years (for example, enter last year’s tax return information as well as five years of audited financial statements, or even enter a projected statement for next year).
• Internet based entry allows entry from anywhere anytime. Enter or update information while meeting with the seller and see the results in real time. Enter information while at the office or at home. No special software installation is required, so listing maintenance can be done from any computer without changing someone else’s computer systems.
• Standardized input allows easy administration and cross-referencing of listings. Such items as industry classifications, general regions, office names, and other defaults are controlled at the association level. Standard drop-down lists and checkboxes reduce errors and speed data entry.
• Colors and output formats can be customized to match the broker’s own website. Based on industry-standard cascading style sheets (CSS) technology, the InBLISS public access can be matched to integrate perfectly with your own website.
• Reports on expired, deleted and sold listings are available to appropriate personnel as allowed buy the multi-level security system.
• Audit log provides the administrator with a review of changes made to listings, including the date and name of the person making the change
